General Ticketing Information

  • Admission can be purchased for individual events or as part of a discounted Subscription Pass.  At checkout you will have the option to select Print-At-Home, Will-Call, or Postal Mail for ticket delivery.

  • Prices vary by seating area and patron attributes (Adult, Military/College, Youth). Seating maps and discounted admission are explained in more detail by visiting the Ticket Info page.

  • Tickets/reservations will NOT be required for free concerts. Just show up!  Seating is general admission.

  • Sales and donations will be processed through BravoArts, our ticketing vendor. Charges on your credit card statement will be from Staunton Music Festival.

Changes, Cancellations, & Refunds

Programs and performers are subject to change without notice. Events may at times need to be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled entirely. Refunds or exchanges are made at the discretion of the management. If your plans change and you are unable to attend the performance for which you have purchased admission, you may request a refund or donation credit in lieu of refund by contacting the box office directly at (540) 800-6012. Your tickets/passes may also be freely given to another person.

Staunton Music Festival will not share or sell your personal information at any time, for any purpose. We may use your contact information, including phone number, mail, and email, to contact you regarding our programs, news, and updates. You may freely unsubscribe from email communication at any time. If you wish not to be contacted by phone or mail, let us know and you will be added to our DO NOT CONTACT list.

Legal Disclaimers & Event Policies

You assume all risk and danger incidental to attending a Staunton Music Festival event. By attending, you further agree that Staunton Music Festival, its agents, staff, and performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes. 

 

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL, FOOD, DRUGS, OR WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED AT STAUNTON MUSIC FESTIVAL EVENTS.

 

Flashless, still photography is permitted so long as it does not interfere in any way with the performance or disturb other patrons. Audio and video recording at Staunton Music Festival events is not permitted. Festival events are recorded by audio engineers, photographers, and videographers for archival and promotional, non-commercial usage. By attending a Staunton Music Festival event, you consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.
