Staunton Music Festival is a registered nonprofit corporation (tax ID 02-0464351) that was originally founded in 1994 under the name Tamworth Music Festival. In 1998 the additional "doing business as" designation of Staunton Music Festival was introduced when the organization settled in Staunton, Virginia. Contributions are acceptable under either designation. You may need that information if you are searching for our festival on one of various charity listings online, or when making a gift directly from a retirement account, family foundation, or brokerage account.
