
Jeremy Klein

Viola
Jeremy Klein is a multifaceted musician and violist performing in solo, chamber, orchestral, contemporary, period, and improvised settings, and is also passionate about teaching and community engagement. He joins the JCC Thurnauer School of Music in fall 2024, teaching chamber music and viola. Jeremy has attended music festivals including Aspen, Bad Leonfelden, Bowdoin, del Lago, Rome, Sarasota, Toronto, Valley of the Moon, and Vivace, and has performed alongside musicians including Joshua Blue, Elizabeth Blumenstock, Jennifer Frautschi, Itzhak Perlman, Rachell Ellen Wong, among others. Jeremy has performed concertos with orchestras in Italy and Ukraine, has collaborated with living composers, and maintains a serious interest in historical performance. He has performed and recorded in other genres as well, including Jewish music and film soundtracks. Currently a CV Starr Doctoral Fellow at the Juilliard School, Jeremy also completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Juilliard.
