Jeremy Loudon
Trombone
Jeremy Loudon is currently an active orchestral and chamber musician in central Virginia. After earning his Masters degree from The Boston Conservatory, Jeremy was a freelance musician in New England, performing with many of the region’s finest orchestras and chamber ensembles. As a founding member of the Nautilus Brass Quintet, Jeremy performed internationally and especially enjoyed premiering dozens of new pieces written for brass quintet. Since relocating to Virginia, Jeremy frequently performs as a substitute musician with the Virginia, Roanoke, Charlottesville, and Richmond Symphony orchestras and maintains a small private teaching studio. Jeremy is an alumnus of the Cleveland Trombone Seminar, the Atlantic Music Festival, and the Atlantic Brass Quintet seminar. In addition to his Masters degree, he holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Trombone Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University.
