As part of its work with Staunton schools, SMF is presenting the US premiere of "The Selfish Giant" by composer Stefan Heucke. Scored for narrator Sara Couden and four-hand piano played by Alyssa Conde and Aleksandra Velgosha, this piece is based on the popular children's tale The Selfish Giant by Oscar Wilde.
