Janet Onnie

Janet Onnie retired from Unitarian Universalist ministry in 2021 and has served as the volunteer coordinator for the Staunton Music Festival since then. She has returned to her previous career as a flutist, playing in the Charlottesville Band and Rockbridge Symphony Orchestra and enjoying the discipline of taking private flute lessons. She and her husband, Nelson Hay, live in downtown Staunton with their crabby ginger tabby cat.
